About The Position

Logan Health Home Health is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide primary care to patients in Kalispell, Montana. This role involves assessment, treatment, care planning, and medical care evaluation without on-call duties. Requirements

• Current Montana RN license or multi-state compact license with authorization to practice in Montana.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Minimum of two years' experience in a similar position within a medical setting preferred.
• Knowledge of professional nursing theory, medical terminology, and principles of nursing practice.
• Healthcare Provider (HCP) CPR and/or BLS certification required.
• Understanding of confidentiality laws, including HIPAA guidelines.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in assigned area(s) preferred.
• Additional certifications may be required as applicable to assigned area(s).

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and coordinate individualized nursing care for patients using the nursing process.
• Maintain nursing standards of care and respond to changing workloads and patient conditions.
• Transcribe and implement provider orders and treatments accurately and efficiently.
• Problem-solve issues affecting patient care consistently.
• Exhibit thorough practice of infection control procedures as applicable.
• Document all patient encounters according to organizational standards.
• Provide individual instruction and education to patients and families regarding health and medical needs.
• Assess and anticipate patient needs and coordinate necessary interventions.
