Summary: Ref #: A -RN -64455 Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Home Health Job Type: Contract/Travel Start Date: 02/16/2026 Location: New Lenox, IL Shift Schedule: 8 hrs per day; 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM Weekend Requirements: None Shift Type: Days Rate: $2,224/40 -hours
Requirements
- Home Health experience
- Valid drivers license and car insurance
- Copy of agency's IL nursing license
- Will consider someone with strong Med Surg experience with some Home Health experience
- OASIS and start of care experience - preferred
- BLS
- Manager is wanting to review local candidates! If the candidate is too far from the territory they will redirect.
- COVID card/status
- Illinois license
- BLS
