About The Position
University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN Home Health nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in Monroe and the surrounding areas. Requirements
- Valid and active RN license in the state of Michigan.
- Experience in home health nursing or related clinical setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse patient caseload.
- Reliable transportation to travel within Monroe and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer treatments and medications as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' progress and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and their families on managing health conditions and post-treatment care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and services.
