About The Position
We’re seeking a compassionate and skillful RN to join our team! As a Home Health RN, you will provide initial and on-going assessment of patient needs using the OASIS data elements incorporated into the Comprehensive Assessment. The ideal candidate will be currently licensed in the State of Florida as a Registered Nurse with one or more years of hospital experience, home health experience preferred. This is a part-time position.
