About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Registered Nurse to support our compliance, training, and clinical testing processes within a growing home health care organization. This role is ideal for an RN who enjoys a mix of hands-on clinical work, staff education, and regulatory compliance. You will play a key part in ensuring our caregivers meet state requirements and are fully prepared to deliver high-quality care to the individuals we serve.

Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Indiana.
  • Must obtain state-required certification for Core A and B instruction within the first 3 months of employment (company support provided).
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory requirements and clinical best practices.
  • Excellent communication, teaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with HR, compliance, and leadership teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in home health, long-term care, or community-based healthcare settings.
  • Previous experience administering drug screens or TB testing.
  • Experience delivering staff training or education.

Responsibilities

  • Administer pre-employment clinical tests, including:
  • Drug screenings
  • TB tests (initial and annual)
  • Conduct and document random drug screenings for active staff.
  • Oversee and maintain records for in-service TB testing and compliance.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and lead Core A and Core B training in accordance with State of Indiana regulations.
  • Ensure all clinical training materials and documentation meet state standards and agency policies.
  • Provide ongoing education, support, and guidance to caregivers and field staff.
  • Monitor compliance timelines, follow up with staff as needed, and maintain accurate testing/training logs.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to ensure smooth onboarding and annual recertification processes.
  • Support quality assurance efforts, including reviewing documentation and identifying gaps in compliance.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and confidential environment for clinical testing.
