About The Position
Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is a mission driven company. We are committed to supporting you throughout your journey, assisting you in overcoming the daily obstacles faced in the healthcare industry. As a Phoenix RN, you will be the first point of contact between a patient and hospital. Our Home Health RNs should possess strong skills in physical assessment, diagnostic interpretation, and communication to formulate an individualized plan of care according to physician orders that incorporates the analysis of initial assessment. Working alongside other nurses, Physical Therapist, Speech Therapist and or Occupational Therapist.
