Location: Lippincott - 301 Lippincott Drive Remote Type: On-Site Employment Type: Employee Employment Classification: Per Diem Time Type: Part time Work Shift: 1st Shift (United States of America) Total Weekly Hours: 0 Additional Locations: Job Information: Office: 301 Lippincott, Marlton Territory: Home Health covers Gloucester, Camden, and Burlington Counties – they are split into territories/teams. For PD, we don't guarantee a specific territory but group you to your preferences when possible. Shift Requirement: 36hrs/6 weeks per JNESO union requirement - this comes to 27 total visits for home health. All additional time in addition to your 27 visits can be picked up in preferred territory. Productivity: 6 visits for an 8-hour shift, 8 visits for a 10-hour shift. JNESO Weekend Requirement: 1 weekend day required per 6-week schedule. JNESO Holiday Requirement: 2 special holidays per year. (Level 1 Per Diem nurses must make themselves available each year to work for at least two (2) special days; “special days” for the day shift are defined as: Easter, Mother’s Day, Halloween, the day after Thanksgiving, the day before Christmas and the day after Christmas; “special days” for the night shift (starting at 7:00 p.m. of the day of the special day) are defined as: Easter, Mother’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas.) Orientation: First initial week of training is in-person Monday – Friday. RNs without Home Health experience will need extended PT/FT training of 4-6 weeks before moving to per diem schedule. Travel Reimbursement: 72.5 cents/mile Summary: Responsible for assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care through outcome identification and evidence-based practice. As an integral member of the health care team, coordinates patient care and communicates and collaborates extensively with the other members of the healthcare team, patients and/or patient's family or significant other(s). Maintains and demonstrates high standards of professional ethics.
