About The Position
As a home care nurse, you will travel to patient's homes and provide healthcare services. Your responsibilities will include the coordination and provision of direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process to meet the physical, psychosocial, environmental, and spiritual needs of Carle Home Services specific patient populations and families throughout the geographical area. To be successful in the role you will need to be proficient in interpersonal skills, be efficient in time management, have the ability to connect with your patients, and provide high-quality healthcare with minimal supervision.
