Requirements
- State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License or Graduate Nurse License required
- Minimum ADN preparation
- BLS
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans.
- Prioritize and manage care for multiple patients, ensuring safe and efficient use of time and resources.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to provider orders and clinical standards.
- Monitor patient conditions, respond to changes, and collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate care.
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, medications, and discharge plans to support safe transitions.
