We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN to join our GI Endoscopy team as a Care Coordinator, providing exceptional patient support and clinical expertise. Apply advanced clinical knowledge to plan, implement, and evaluate personalized patient care strategies. Possess in-depth knowledge of GI pathophysiology, diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, and their applications/contraindications. Perform or assist with all procedures defined in the Gastroenterology Procedure Manual. Manage patient scheduling and coordinate procedures efficiently according to departmental protocols. Administer parental drugs and demonstrate expertise in conscious sedation, including drug titration and monitoring. Ensure accurate collection and appropriate dispatch of all specimens. Maintain flexible working hours to meet patient and physician needs, including readiness for urgent/emergent on-call cases as required. Manage patient scheduling and coordinate procedures efficiently according to departmental protocols. Administer parental drugs and demonstrate expertise in conscious sedation, including drug titration and monitoring. Ensure accurate collection and appropriate dispatch of all specimens. Actively participate in quality assessment and improvement initiatives within the GI Endoscopic Center. Manage patient scheduling and coordinate procedures efficiently according to departmental protocols. Administer parental drugs and demonstrate expertise in conscious sedation, including drug titration and monitoring. Ensure accurate collection and appropriate dispatch of all specimens.
