About The Position

We are Hiring at UofL Health - Frazier Rehab. Location: 220 Abraham Flexner Way Louisville, KY 40202. Shift Options: Full Time 7pm-7am. As a Rehabilitation RN, you will collaborate daily with physicians, therapists, and case managers to achieve the best outcome for patients who have experienced life altering events. In this role you will ensure appropriate plans of care are developed and implemented to meet patient needs for rehabilitation. Area of Focus: 10 bed unit with low patient ratio. Working with adults 18 years and older who are receiving rehab from having a transplant, recovering from multi trauma accident, Dialysis, and VADs.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kentucky Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date.
• BLS required from American Heart Association.
• Associate degree from accredited nursing program.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree from accredited nursing program.
