About The Position
UofL Health - Frazier Rehabilitation Institute is seeking Rehabilitation RNs to join our team. Located on the 3rd Floor at 220 Abraham Flexner Way, Louisville, KY 40202, this position involves working night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM. As a Rehabilitation RN, you will collaborate with physicians, therapists, and case managers to provide optimal care for patients recovering from significant health events. You will be responsible for developing and implementing care plans tailored to the rehabilitation needs of patients, ensuring a patient-centered approach to care.
