About The Position

The position involves providing both direct and indirect patient care through the application of the nursing process. This includes assessment, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care rendered to patients. The care provided will address the physical, psychosocial, rehabilitative, and discharge needs of the patient and their family. Additionally, the role includes guiding and supervising assigned nursing personnel, collaborating with other health care professionals, and coordinating ancillary staff.
