The Cleveland Clinic Float Pool gives you the opportunity to care for patients in various Critical Care, Telemetry or Emergency Department Units. As an RN on this team, you will assist fellow caregivers in delivering exceptional support, from initial introduction to discharge. In this role, you will interact directly with patients and their families, offering the opportunity to enhance their experience and supply healthcare information as needed. Additionally, the Cleveland Clinic system has numerous professional development resources, including furthering education and online/in-person courses to enhance your skills. This is a PRN position, with caregivers working day/evening/night/weekend shifts varying between 7:00am-7:30pm or 7:00pm-7:30am.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
One year of current acute care RN experience. Will consider military RN experience
