About The Position
About the unit The Zeeland Hospital Float Pool is cross trained to Med Surg, ICU, and Emergency departments. The Float Pool offers an opportunity to learn a broader skill set and provide coverage for nursing departments. You are able to enhance your skills by working in these departments while still feeling like you belong to a team. Requirements
- Associates in Nursing Required
- Bachelors in Nursing Required within 5 years
- MI Registered Nurse (RN) Required
- AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Required within 90 days
- AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Required within 6 month
