Requirements

  • Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program.
  • 1+ years of US experience as a RN.
  • 2+ years of Med Telemetry experience in an acute care hospital setting.
  • Float Pool experience highly desired, but not required.
  • Must pass telemetry test if hired.
  • Med Tele candidates with insulin, stable drips, NIH assessment highly desired, but not required.
  • BLS - Basic Life Support (required within 30 days of hire).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Float Pool.
  • Telemetry experience with insulin and stable drips.
  • NIH assessment experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Float Pool.
  • Float to various units including Med/Surg, Tele, ICU, and PCU as needed.
  • Support and mentor team members in a fast-paced environment.
  • Participate in a shared governance model to improve patient outcomes.
  • Engage in continuous education and professional development.
