The Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) services to children of all ages. As an RN on this team, you will assist fellow caregivers in delivering exceptional care, from initial introduction to final send-off. In this role, you will interact directly with patients, families and visitors, offering the opportunity to help them feel comfortable, safe and secure throughout treatment. This role will float to all areas in Pediatric floors in the M Building. There is a weekend and a holiday rotation. A caregiver in this position works nights, 7:00pm—7:30am.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing (ADN or BSN program)
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
One year of current Acute Care RN experience OR military RN experience
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
