Requirements

  • Strong OASIS experience required
  • Home health experience required
  • Solid clinical background with demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience
  • Excellent communication, organization, and coaching skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and support home health clinicians in the field
  • Provide clinical oversight and supervision to ensure high-quality, compliant patient care
  • Review and support OASIS documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance
  • Serve as a clinical resource for staff questions, case reviews, and problem-solving
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve workflows, quality outcomes, and clinical processes
