Requirements

• Graduate of accredited school of professional nursing (ADN, diploma, BSN).
• RN Indiana license or licensed in another state having requested endorsement in Indiana.
• CPR certification required.
• A minimum of six months current experience in the ambulatory care setting is preferred.
• Experience in various clinical areas is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers direct and indirect patient care in an ambulatory care setting.
• Addresses total comprehensive needs of patients and oversees the delivery of care to a large diverse patient population.
• Initiates appropriate nursing interventions and education in conjunction with the physician’s or professional healthcare provider’s comprehensive patient plan of care.
