About The Position

A RN Facility Manager contributes to AHF by providing high-quality and compassionate care to patients, contributing to the overall well-being of individuals and communities. Your role as an RN Facility Manager is multifaceted, requiring a combination of clinical expertise,leadership skills, and a commitment to improving both patient outcomes and the working environment for your nursing team. Your contributions play a vital role in shaping the quality of healthcare delivery and fostering a positive and supportive workplace culture. A RN Facility Manager enhances the reputation of AHF by demonstrating leadership and supervision and coordinate/collaborating as a strategic partner. Being a patient advocate and help develop staff in ways that will provide excellent customer service to our patients. The RN Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the health care and public health functions in the healthcare center including overseeing STI testing,notifications to the patient as well as the County Health Department Suveillance Division. You will be a passionate advocate for our top initiatives. To be successful as a RN Facility Manager it is crucial to ensure that the AHF Core Values and Mission stay top of mind with all that you do. AHF has a collaborative organizational structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders. The RN Facility Manager will work as a part of a close-knit team to effectively manage budgets, emergency response and crisis management, technology integration and ensure there is ethical decision making.
