Your role as an RN Facility Manager is multifaceted, requiring a combination of clinical expertise,leadership skills, and a commitment to improving both patient outcomes and the working environment for your nursing team. A RN Facility Manager enhances the reputation of AHF by demonstrating leadership and supervision and coordinate/collaborating as a strategic partner. Being a patient advocate and help develop staff in ways that will provide excellent customer service to our patients. The RN Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the health care and public health functions in the healthcare center including overseeing STI testing,notifications to the patient as well as the County Health Department Suveillance Division. You will be a passionate advocate for our top initiatives.
