About The Position

Expand Access. Lead Markets. Transform Care. We are seeking a RN Executive Director Specialist – Hospice to join our leadership team. This role acts as the administrator on call and is responsible for the overall operation of assigned markets, including the employment of qualified hospice staff and the delivery of high-quality services across multiple sites. The Executive Director Specialist RN will provide leadership and stability by filling in across markets, ensuring consistent compliance, quality, and patient care standards. Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) with current license in the state of residence
3–5 years of leadership or sales/management experience, preferably in hospice or healthcare
Experience with Medicaid/Medicare regulations and reimbursement
Strong understanding of hospice operations and regulatory compliance
Able to work independently and travel frequently
Effective communicator with strong decision-making and time management skills
Highly proficient with technology and digital platforms
Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and commitment to quality care

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted
