About The Position
Empath Health is seeking a full-time, bilingual Registered Nurse for evening and weekend hospice care to join our compassionate team. The RN will be responsible for identifying and coordinating patient/family needs and for providing preventative and supportive care to the terminally ill patient/family unit. The position requires utilizing assessment, intervention, and teaching skills to maximize patient comfort and enhance the quality of life for the patient/family unit.
