The RN's primary role is to provide personalized patient care; support the provider's practice by performing clinical duties and assisting in the coordination of patient care. The RN's communication, conduct and performance should support the clinics efforts.   • Assesses and evaluates patient care needs.
  • Suggests solutions to patient care problems & complaints.
  • Identifies & recommends solutions to departmental problems.
  • Assists in assessing departmental function and productivity & recommends changes as necessary.
  • Assesses patient/family learning needs and coordinates and carries out teaching plan.
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Active Registered Nurse license through the Oregon State Department of Health.
  • Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers (AHA) or CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer (American Red Cross).
  • 2+ years of experience working as a Registered Nurse.
