About The Position

St. Francis Hospital Bartlett is a 196-bed hospital dedicated to providing high quality, compassionate care to the community. As a comprehensive medical center, Saint Francis Hospital Bartlett has the expertise to deliver quality care in a variety of specialties including Emergency Services, Inpatient & Outpatient Surgical Services, Med/Surge, Ortho, Critical Care and Women's Services. The RN Emergency Room PRN Evening position provides direct clinical patient care. The role will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. The role is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated. The role is accountable to support CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.

Requirements

• Active and current registered nurse license in the state of residence/practice.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to serve as role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing.

• Academic degree in nursing (Bachelor or Master degree).
