About The Position

The RN Emergency Full Time Nights position at Abrazo Health Network involves providing professional nursing care within an assigned unit, specifically in the emergency department. The role requires coordination of care planning with other healthcare disciplines and delivering individualized, age-specific bedside nursing care based on patient needs. The RN will also supervise other healthcare team members, evaluate the quality of nursing practice, and participate in hourly rounding to ensure patient safety and care effectiveness.

Requirements

• Nursing Degree from an accredited nursing school.
• License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona.
• Minimum of two years of current Level III NICU experience including neonatal ventilator.
• ACLS certification as applicable by facility/department.
• Basic computer skills.
• Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work with team members.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• 1 year of acute care experience preferred but will consider new graduates.
• Certification in specialty area of practice preferred.

Responsibilities
