About The Position
Join our prestigious and talented Adult Emergency Department Nursing team at Johns Hopkins Health System at Howard County Medical Center! Our medical center's Adult Emergency Department has 52 beds, which includes 4 fast track beds, and 5 behavioral health beds. Nurse/Patient ratios are 3:1 or 4:1. If you are looking to work in a community hospital ED, that utilizes Team Nursing, with a very stable nursing leadership team, and if you like working in a fast-paced environment, then we might be the right place for you. Requirements
- Associate Degree from an accredited Nursing Program
- CPR/BLS certification required: AHA, Red Cross, or Military Training Network accepted.
- Nurses hired with an Associate's degree in nursing must enroll in an accredited BSN/MSN program within 1 year of hire and complete the degree within 5 years of your start date.
- Authorization to Work in the United States: Applicants who require sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered for this position.
