The Bath Health and Wellness Center Emergency Department offers 24-hour emergency care with board-certified, emergency medicine physicians who are available around-the-clock to provide comprehensive care to adults and children. Backed by the full resources of Cleveland Clinic Akron General and Cleveland Clinic, the Emergency Department provides advanced care in the Bath community. As RN on this team, you will assist fellow caregivers in ensuring every patient has the best treatment experience possible. Our Center for Workplace Violence Prevention and Caregiver Well-Being sets caregiver safety as a priority, identifying, reporting and responding to incidents and providing safety resources. A caregiver in this position works nights from 7:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m. with every other weekend and 3 holidays per year requirements.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing (Diploma, ADN or BSN program)
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
One year of current acute care RN experience OR military RN experience
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) OR American Red Cross
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) OR American Red Cross
Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC - pediatric) upon hire or within 24 months of beginning work in the Emergency Department.
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) through the American Heart Association (AHA) OR American Red Cross within one year of hire
