Requirements

  • Current unencumbered RN license to practice in the State of Oregon
  • Healthcare Provider Level BLS
  • ACLS, TNCC and PALS required within six months of hire.
  • One year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with diverse population from pediatrics to geriatrics.
  • General understanding of age-related differences in caring for all patients and possess personal sensitivity to the needs and experiences of others with a non-judgmental attitude.
  • Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks and appropriately adapt to diverse and high-risk situations to offer the best possible care to patients.
  • Ability to manage time in an organized fashion, planning and prioritizing work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
