Requirements

• Associate's of Nursing Required
• 1+ year Work Experience Required
• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) Required
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS) Required
• Registered Nurse (RN) Required

Nice To Haves

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) Preferred
• Certified Clinical Perfusionist (CCP) Preferred
• Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) Preferred

Responsibilities

• Responsible for coordinating the efforts of the multidisciplinary treatment team to provide comprehensive care for patients.
• Administers, supervises, coordinates, and evaluates the nursing process to maintain and improve patient outcomes.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory standards, established policies, protocols, and procedures.
• Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
• Utilizes pertinent references as guidelines for clinical practice.
• Supervises and teaches other personnel.
• Administers medications and treatments.
• Critically evaluates evidence for application to clinical practice.
• Conducts comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate patients' physical, mental, and emotional health.
• Develops and implements individualized care plans based on assessment findings and patient needs.
• Coordinates multidisciplinary care by facilitating collaboration among healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, social workers, and therapists.
• Monitors patient progress, regularly reviews, and adjusts care plans based on patient responses and outcomes.
