Requirements

• Registered Nurse with previous Home Care experience
• Hold current and unrestricted RN license valid in Virginia
• Super organized and detail oriented
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Ability to get along with others
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Word and other like programs, operating computers and establishing work flow
• Working knowledge of private duty nursing preferred
• Adult/pediatric trach and vent experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Case Manager and Director of Operations to facilitate safety and assure positive outcomes across services lines.
