About The Position

This job assumes responsibility for overseeing Clinical OLN Course offerings. Manages, updates, and organizes content in OLN to ensure that course offerings are properly organized and maintained in the system. Coordinates logistics for corporate training courses, including physical space and setup in accordance with training program requirements, audience, and resource availability in all locations served. Collaborates with Business Partners to ensure that corporate training and education programs are rolled out and positioned to meet business needs, creates and implements course surveys, and maintains reporting and audits and provides ad-hoc reporting when necessary. Requirements

  • RN Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing.
  • 5 years experience in operations including one year of experience at an administrative level or three years of hospital-based experience.
  • Current State of Louisiana Registered Nurse License.
  • Must have computer skills and dexterity required for data entry and retrieval of information.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
  • Proficient with Windows-style applications and various software packages specific to role.

Nice To Haves

  • BSN.
  • Experience in a training/events environment.
  • Experience in eLearning, course development and instructional design.
  • Proficiency in Health Stream.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and/or other eLearning authoring tools.
