This job assumes responsibility for overseeing Clinical OLN Course offerings. Manages, updates, and organizes content in OLN to ensure that course offerings are properly organized and maintained in the system. Coordinates logistics for corporate training courses, including physical space and setup in accordance with training program requirements, audience, and resource availability in all locations served. Collaborates with Business Partners to ensure that corporate training and education programs are rolled out and positioned to meet business needs, creates and implements course surveys, and maintains reporting and audits and provides ad-hoc reporting when necessary.
