About The Position

St. Mary's Medical Center is currently seeking an RN in their Emergency Department. This role is responsible for the daily planning, coordination, and monitoring of care with the nursing staff and other health care professionals caring for the patient. The RN is accountable for assuring effective use of available resources, maintaining established standards of care, and meeting outcomes within an appropriate length of stay. The position ensures that variations based on patients' individual needs are justified and well documented, and assists with the management needs of the Nursing Unit.

Requirements

• One year of RN acute care/hospital experience required
• Knowledge of current nursing procedures
• BLS required
• Graduate of an approved School of Nursing and licensed as required by the West Virginia State Board of Nursing
