We foster a close-knit team culture that values professional growth, collaboration, and patient-centered healing. What you'll do as an RN Nurse: Perform daily nursing duties such as medication administration, specimen collection, phlebotomy, EKGs, vital signs, and patient observations. Order & follow up on lab tests, communicate results to providers, and escalate urgent findings. Address patient concerns with clear communication and provide education on medications and eating disorder-related medical issues. Collaborate as part of an interdisciplinary team to deliver ethical, high-quality care. Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes. Assist milieu staff in supporting patients and maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment. Transport patients to programming & outings when required Choose between the following shifts: RN Night Shift: 3 shifts per week (7 pm to 7 am) PRN RN: Dayshift
