About The Position

Join and lead our amazing Brookdale West Seattle Clinical Team! We have a small Assisted Living community full of residents who are like family. Experience with Assisted Living, coming from a Superviser level in hospice, home health, SNF/LTC makes a nice transition into our community. We will teach you Assisted Living level of care. Requirements

  • Education as required to obtain state nursing license and state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN)
  • Driver's license
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience, and Clinical leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft office suite and electronic documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Manages the day-to-day clinical services of a more complex community to ensure residents' healthcare needs are met.
  • Ensures residents are treated with respect and dignity and ensures quality care as residents' healthcare needs change.
  • Supervises and provides leadership, as well as coaching, to licensed nurses and other direct care staff within the community.
  • May be responsible for leading additional clinical leadership team up to five members.
