BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a remote RN On Call Manager to work from home to support our Assistive Care Offices in the following locations: Orlando (2 offices), Jacksonville, St. Petersburg, Tampa, and Bradenton. Requirements

• Compact RN License for the state of Florida
• Home Care Experience strongly preferred
• Must be able to work the hours of 5pm to 8:30am during the week and full days Saturday and Sunday
• Strong customer service skills required
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Strong computer skills required

• Home Care Experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Work a 7 days a week Monday-Sunday
• Remotely triage after hours calls 5pm to 8:30am during the week and full days on Saturdays and Sundays
• Responsible for after hour admissions and triaging clinical concerns after business hours
• Problem solve and maintain emergencies by coordinating all clinical issues with the on-call manager
