About The Position

Overview Lead Clinical Excellence. Deliver Compassionate Care. Transform Hospice Services. We are seeking a RN Director of Clinical Services to join our team. Reporting to the Executive Director, this role is responsible for ensuring the appropriate delivery of hospice services, compliance with Medicare Hospice Benefit Conditions of Participation, state regulations, and Gentiva’s patient-first operating model. The Director will oversee clinical and operational performance, staffing, quality, and cost management while fostering a culture centered on compassion, dignity, and respect. Requirements

  • Comprehensive knowledge of hospice principles, industry standards, regulations, and best practices (Medicare, Medicaid, JCAHO, ACHC)

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Current RN license in the state of residence

  • Minimum 1 year of management experience
  • CPR certification
  • Valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance, and access to reliable transportation
