About The Position
A hospital system in the Coral Springs region is seeking an RN Director of Cardiovascular Services to lead the cardiovascular service line across Cath Lab, EP Lab, and Pre/Post Holding units.
Requirements
- Active FL or Compact RN license
- BSN required; BLS/ACLS
- 3+ years Cath Lab/EP experience
- 2+ years cardiovascular leadership
- Neuro & IR experience
Responsibilities
- Direct clinical operations and unit workflows.
- Maintain accreditation and regulatory standards.
- Lead staffing, training, and team engagement.
- Support strategic growth and service expansion.
- Manage budgets and operational performance.
