One California Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Program Coordinator, you will be a pivotal administrative leader, ensuring seamless planning, organization, and implementation of your assigned program. Every day, you'll coordinate all program aspects, leveraging strategic plan goals for comprehensive administrative leadership. You'll meticulously manage logistics, resources, and timelines, aligning with objectives for successful program execution. To be successful, you'll combine strong organizational and administrative skills with a proactive approach, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate, ensuring efficient and impactful program delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Other healthcare related field or equivalent professional experience., upon hire and e 2 years acute renal dialysis experience and 1 year of ICU/CCU experience.
  • 3-5 years combined experience in healthcare industry
  • Registered Nurse: CA, upon hire
  • Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire

Nice To Haves

  • 1-2 years of experience with a minimum of 1 year in area of related field

Responsibilities

  • Assesses all symptoms as indicated.
  • Informs M.D. of significant changes.
  • Document clearly and legibly on flow sheet.
  • Follows established clinical policies and procedures for practice including but not limited to medication administration, IV and blood therapy, Universal Body Substance Precautions, and patient self Determination Act.
  • Recognizes signs and symptoms of cardiac or respiratory distress or other impending crisis; initiates emergency action, directs others and summons assistance.
  • Includes patient and family in plan of care.
  • Provides teaching to patient/family as need is identified and documents teaching.
