About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the delivery of nursing care. The professional nurse assumes the responsibility and accountability for the appropriate delegation of patient care to other members of the health care team.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree (includes RN diploma) (required)
• Valid NJ RN License (required)
• AHA BLS certification (required)
• 0 - 1 years of work experience (required)

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
• 2 - 4 years of work experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assessing patient needs and developing care plans
• Implementing nursing care and evaluating patient outcomes
• Delegating patient care tasks to other healthcare team members
