About The Position
Reports to the Operations Manager, the Diabetes Educator RN is responsible for providing education and/or resources on diabetes self-care management to patients/clients of varying levels of education living with diabetes throughout their life span. They participate as a member of the treatment team to support physicians both within the center and external physicians caring for patients with diabetes and other medical nutrition needs.
