Requirements

• Associate's of Nursing Required
• 0+ Work Experience
• Registered Nurse (RN)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for accurately analyzing and abstracting clinical data and information.
• Maintains organized and detailed clinical reports and databases while ensuring confidentiality at all times.
• Works as a member of different teams and requires independent work, self-motivation, and attention to detail.
• Interprets and understands clinical data effectively.
• Distributes data in usable formats as directed.
• Provides consultation and support for performance improvement initiatives.
• Abstracts clinical information from medical records for submission of core measures, National Cardiac Data Registry data, and cardiovascular surgery outcomes.
• Interacts with and provides education to front line staff, including physicians, on a daily basis.
