About The Position
The Registered Nurse provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. The position is located at Jewish Hospital, OHRR/CVICU, which is a 17-bed Open Heart Recovery & Cardiothoracic ICU serving patients who undergo various cardiac, vascular, and thoracic surgical procedures. The unit cares for patients requiring mechanical circulatory support devices and ECMO. Jewish Hospital is part of UofL Health, recognized for its advancements in heart and lung care, organ transplantation, and specialized heart care procedures.
