About The Position

Join Novant Health as a Registered Nurse in the Regional Resource Team, where you will be part of a critical care float pool. This part-time position offers a night shift schedule from 7pm to 7am, with a sign-on bonus of up to $7,500 and relocation assistance of up to $7,500. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED, required.
• 2 Year / Associate Degree, required.
• Consecutive year within defined specialty (Med Surg, Tele, Critical Care, ED or Women's), required.
• Current compact licensure in appropriate state, required.
• NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.
• STABLE required for Women's Services within 90 days of hire, required.
• C-EFM required for Women's Services < 2 yrs EFM experience within 2 yrs of hire; >2 yrs EFM experience within 6 months of hire, required.

Nice To Haves

• 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
• BSN, preferred.
• Specialty Certification, preferred.
