About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated RN Critical Care Adult PACU to join a dynamic healthcare team. This role is perfect for a skilled nurse looking to apply their expertise in a high-acuity, supportive academic medical center environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current New York State RN License
- Current BLS certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent (within past 2 years) inpatient PACU and Critical Care experience in an acute care facility of comparable or larger size/level (trauma center experience preferred for travelers).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- EPIC EMR experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert post-anesthesia care to adult critical care patients, including monitoring, assessment, intervention, and stabilization in a fast-paced PACU setting.
