Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; some roles may require a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN).
- Minimum of 3 years in nursing, ideally with a focus on coordination or management.
- Deep understanding of nursing principles, healthcare regulations, and ELFHCC policies.
- Partner with physicians to provide thorough patient assessment, evaluation, and education.
