Cross Keys Village - The Brethren Home Community (CKV) is currently seeking a compassionate and experienced clinical leader to join our team as an RN Coordinator.   • Overseeing day to day operations and care of the residents in the assigned neighborhood(s) in accordance with the quality assurance program, state and federal regulations and quality measures/indicators.
  • Responsible for completing daily nursing rounds on the assigned neighborhood.
  • Researching, identifying and implementing procedures and processes to maintain standards of care.
  • Reviewing resident progress reports and collaborating with team members as indicated.
  • Coordinating, leading, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care to maintain the Resident's highest possible physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
  • Communicating with the Director of Nursing and physicians as appropriate.
  • Serving as a resource for team members.
  • Evaluating nursing care and suggesting modifications when needed.
  • Consulting with team members to evaluate required documentation.
  • Guiding nurses as needed in planning and organizing work on assigned area.
  • Responsible for continuous monitoring, assessing and evaluating the essential duties and responsibilities of team members assigned to the neighborhood.
  • Attending and actively participating in all required meetings.
  • Communicating educational needs to Director of Nursing, as appropriate.
  • Providing formal and informal education as appropriate.
  • Demonstrating active listening, conflict resolution, team building, effective communication, compassion, honesty and integrity.
  • Empowering team members through active and visible leadership.
  • Demonstrating best practices, critical thinking, and proactive initiatives in leadership responsibilities, interpersonal sensitivity and communication skills.
  • Participating in interdepartmental committees as assigned.
  • Must be licensed as a registered nurse in the State of Pennsylvania.
  • 1-3 years of previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • Must demonstrate CPR competencies.
  • Evidence of continuing education in line with community, state and federal regulations.
  • Must possess skills in the following areas: active team listening, conflict resolution, consensus building, effective communication, compassionate honesty and mentoring.
