Our clients have been diagnosed with chronic illnesses due to occupational exposures while working for the Department of Energy or their contractors. We're looking to hire a part time staff nurse with a track record of reliability and a can-do attitude. The right candidate for this position will be compassionate and have strong communication skills. This position is responsible for providing skilled in home care to all patients assigned to their case load. Position Overview We are seeking compassionate and reliable Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide contract nursing services supporting 24-hour patient care coverage in a home-based setting. This role involves delivering high-quality, one-on-one patient care while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and adherence to the established care plan. This position offers flexible scheduling opportunities for nurses interested in contract or PRN work.
Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to read and follow written instructions in regard to the established plan of care
- Ability to work both independently and with a team, sometimes having minimal supervision
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Must possess a valid RN license in good standing with the state board of nursing
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in home health or related healthcare field
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Must have reliable transportation and valid insurance
- Current CPR certification and TB
