The care, support and education patients receive from their primary care team includes everything from preventative screenings and exams for all ages, care of everyday health problems and issues, as well as the care and coordination needed for any specialty concerns. Mission for RN Clinician RN Clinicians assess, plan and implement high quality plans of care for patients, providing a personalized approach to patient care activities. Position Summary As a RN Clinician, you will be an integral part of our clinical team, as well as have the opportunity to form connections and make a direct positive impact on our patients and team members. This role performs a variety of professional nursing skills that provide and enhance patient care. Day to day activity includes triage, care team inbasket management, anticoagulation management, care team support and assisting with patient quality measures. The RN Clinician will assist or complete patient follow up needs including call backs and relaying of provider recommendations. They will engage with peers and offer assistance as needed. As part of the clinic Family Practice team, you would work both providers and clinic nurses to provide optimal patient are. Position Type This is a full-time 64-hour (0.8FTE) position working weekdays, 8:30am - 5:00pm, at our Staples Main Campus and Pillager clinic locations. No weekends or holidays are required.

Requirements

  • Current MN RN licensure
