As a leader, the clinical coordinator exhibits communication and problem-solving skills, an understanding of the dynamic nature of the health sector, an ability to instigate change, delegate responsibilities, encourage professional development, and enhance the quality of nursing practice. The responsibilities of the RN-Clinical Supervisor are pivotal to an intra-disciplinary management approach based on an understanding of the processes and systems involved in the provision of patient care.

Requirements

• 2 year/Associate Degree
• Current OK RN License
• BLS
• ACLS, within 90 days
• 1-3 years Experience
