Full Time RN Clinical Specialist
About The Position

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience (home health experience preferred).
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and guide staff.
- Proficiency in wound care and administering IVIG infusions.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and assist with client assessments, ensuring each patient’s needs are met with compassion and expertise.
- Ensure top-quality care delivery and full compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations.
- Support and mentor field staff (nurses and caregivers), helping them grow and maintain excellence in their roles.
- Coordinate with physicians and the Director of Nursing to develop, update, and implement effective patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation, keeping information organized and up-to-date.
